When will my order be delivered?

Delivery day and time will vary depending on our schedule and workload! Weekend events are normally delivered on Thursday or Friday! We do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday unless it is confirmed with our office!

When is my total balance due and is it refundable?

The balance is to be PAID IN FULL (7) DAYS prior to delivery. Payment can be made with Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Check or Money Order. A 3% convenience fee will be charged for all credit card payments over $1000. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN/GRANTED WITHIN (7) DAYS OF EVENT DATE.

What is the difference between a frame tent and a pole tent?

Pole tents are our most popular style. They have tall, graceful peaks and an airy, spacious interior but they require extra space for installation to accommodate the ropes and stakes. They are also more economical.

Frame tents have no interior poles and can be secured with weights where stakes cannot be driven into the ground. They can also be placed against another tent or building because they don't require extra space for ropes and stakes.

When will my order be picked up?

Pickup day and Time Will Vary depending on our schedule and workload! Weekend events are normally picked up on Monday or Tuesday! We do not pick up on Saturday or Sunday unless it is confirmed with our office!

Is my deposit refundable?

A thirty percent [30%] deposit is required to book your items. The deposit is non refundable once it is submitted.

How much room do I need to install a pole tent on grass?

In order for us to install a pole tent we need an extra 5 feet of space around the whole tent for our stakes and ropes. For example: A 20’x20’ pole tent will need a 30’x30’ all grassy area free of low hanging trees In order for us to install.

How should I leave my tables and chairs for pickup?

If you rented a tent please leave tables open and move them back to the center of tent. Stack chairs back on tables. Please do not close tables. If you did not rent a tent from us tables and chairs must be placed under a covered area in case of rain. Our table tops are made of wood and will get ruined if left out in the rain.

What is your service area?

We service a 10 mile radius from our warehouse which is located at 5151 West Chester Pike Newtown Square, Pa 19073.

If your event is outside of our delivery please contact us and we will let you know if can accommodate the extra mileage.
